Personalized Email Delivery
The email management software, EasyMail, allows you to send highly
customized messages - including personalized message bodies and
subject lines. It is an exquisite way to generate new orders from
existing customers. This is also the most efficient means to make
contact with your clients, one that will bring you much satisfaction.
EasyMail supports Multi-Part (MIME) message capability. The program
can send Multi-Part (MIME) messages that contain formatted text,
HTML, (fonts, bolding, colors, etc.), attached files, and embedded
objects (such as pictures) to other users even if they use a different
email application. Any local images used in the HTML message will
also be included so that your recipients will get the entire message!
So, if the recipients of your mail message can view a HTML message,
they will see your message as HTML, if their mail reader does
not have HTML enabled or is not capable of viewing HTML the multi-part
message will automatically be shown in plain text! HTML messages
sent in Multi-Part (MIME) is THE WAY to send your e-mail so that
EVERYONE can view it!
Direct - no ISP SMTP mail servers needed
G-Lock EasyMail is a powerful group mailer that sends your message
directly from your PC to the recipient's mail server (bypassing
the requirement for a SMTP server). This takes the load off of
your mail server and speeds up the message sending significantly.
It gives instant confirmation of delivery by checking the address
before it sends that eliminates the dreaded "Mail undeliverable
(bounced)" messages you can get. It can also get confirmation
that your message was read.
To use the EasyMail in a direct send mode, you need to have access
to the port 25. If you're operating within a restrictive firewall,
as most users of large ISPs do, then you won't be able to use
the EasyMail as well as any other bulk email software in the direct
send mode. This happens mainly with large free ISP and intranets
such as AOL, CompuServe, Prodigy, etc.. These ISP are set up as
intranets, while EasyMail needs a true Internet connection. Most
of the free ISP such as Juno, WorldShare, EarthLink, NetZero,
and others block the port 25 and only allow you to send email
using their email servers. A workaround for this is to select
the "Use ISP's SMTP Server for relaying" feature in
EasyMail's "Accounts..." settings. This will then expose
the mail server field, where you will have to enter your ISP's
mail server name.
EasyMail includes multi-language spell checker. Also available
for free download are the following additional dictionaries: British,
Italian, Spanish, Danish, French, German, German-NEW, Swedish,
Finnish, Polish, Portuguese, Norwegian.
One of the distinctive features of our email software is a voice
mail facility with a wide range of compression formats to record
in. The recording can be set to automatically play on opening
of the mail or as an attachment. Another useful feature is the
auto zip facility. All you have to do is to select the files you
want to attach and as soon as you drag and drop them into the
Zip attachment window, EasyMail auto zips your files into one
zip archive and so saves send and receive time.
Drag and Drop facilities include attachments, text files direct
to the message body and you can Drag and Drop a message you want
to reply to from Outlook Express. All the usual features are there
too: insert signature, address book with alphabetical tabs, priority
button, etc. You can create groups of addresses in the internal
Address Book and send messages to the whole group with one mouse
click.
Works on all Windows platforms
The email management software, G-Lock EasyMail, is a 32 bit Windows
Program for email marketing. It is intended for easy and convenient
sending emails to large mailing lists (up to 50 000 recipients
in each group). The program works on Windows 98/ME/NT/2000 and
XP.

Note: We will never tolerate the use of EasyMail to facilitate
the sending of spam mail. We have taken measures to stop people
abusing our product - for example, the unregistered version of
EasyMail has limitations in it to prevent it being abused. There
is a limitation to the number of messages (maximum 100) that can
be sent at any time.
